Getting to Self-Service is simple. Just click the “Check Balance” link in the subheader on this very webpage (or any webpage on this site), and you’ll automatically be directed to the Check Balance site. Sign in to your account to manage your Gift Card securely.
Effortless Balance Checking and Transaction Monitoring
Once you're there, the possibilities are at your fingertips. Effortlessly check your balance, review recent transactions, and seamlessly report any issues. The user-friendly interface allows you to toggle through different tabs to get where you want.
Report a Problem: Smooth Resolutions
In the event that you encounter a problem with your Vanilla Visa Gift Card, reporting it is a breeze. No more finding time to get on the phone to call customer service. Just choose the specific issue with a click and follow the prompts. You will be asked to fill out some contact information – that’s so we can get in touch with you later. After you’ve clicked “Submit,” you will be assigned a case number. Then rest assured knowing that our team will promptly begin investigating your case and working diligently to provide a solution.
