Where can I ship a Physical Gift Card to?
You can ship Physical Gift Cards to one address, which can be different from the billing address.
You cannot ship Gift Cards to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses.
How do I activate my Gift Card?
You can activate your Physical Gift Card at balance.VanillaGift.com or by calling the toll-free phone number on the back of your Physical Gift Card (1-833-322-6760). You will need to provide your Gift Card Number, Valid Through Date, and Security Code located on the back of your Gift Card.
Vanilla Visa eGift Cards do not need to be activated prior to first use. They are activated upon purchase and shipped to the recipient’s email ready to use.
Can I send a gift card instantly?
If you want to send a gift card quickly, eGift cards are the perfect option! In most cases, approved digital gift card delivery takes 5 minutes but can take up to 24 hours. Visa digital gift cards make the perfect last minute gift!
